Material Testing & Inspection

  • Perform PR sealant applications on structural panels and conduct tensile tests for bond integrity verification.
  • Perform coating validation of PR sealant applications on manufactured components.
  • Conduct corrosion treatment and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in compliance with standard procedures.
  • Perform surface and heat treatments, including touch-ups on manufactured metal parts.

Composite Manufacturing & Assembly

  • Manufacture monolithic panels in plain weave composite material (Glass Fibre) and unidirectional carbon fibre using wet lay-up processes.
  • Perform drilling operations on composite materials (Carbon & Glass Fibre).
  • Produce composite riveted components using various thicknesses and rivet types.
  • Manufacture open and closed composite riveted boxes using different materials and join them using appropriate techniques.

Aircraft System Fitting & Maintenance

  • Prepare tasks, materials, and tools for equipment fitting (Aircraft Systems) following technical documentation and standard practices.
  • Identify phases of aircraft system assemblies including Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Fuel, Oxygen, and Flight Control Systems.
  • Perform pipe fitting assembly on metallic pipes, composite ducts, and flexible hoses, ensuring specified accuracy.
  • Dismantle, assemble, and inspect mechanical components in full Flight Control, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Oxygen, and Fuel Systems, performing pipe routing inspections and leak tests.

Electrical Harness Assembly

  • Join cables to build harnesses, including insertion and extraction on various connector terminations using appropriate tools.
  • Fit and install harnesses on different panels and structural elements.
  • Perform basic electrical tests to ensure connections and harnesses meet compliance standards.

Project Work & Final Assessment

  • Participate in revision sessions, complete project work, and undergo final examinations to demonstrate comprehensive understanding and practical skills.
