- Manufacture open and closed composite riveted boxes using different materials and join them using appropriate techniques.
Aircraft System Fitting & Maintenance
- Prepare tasks, materials, and tools for equipment fitting (Aircraft Systems) following technical documentation and standard practices.
- Identify phases of aircraft system assemblies including Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Fuel, Oxygen, and Flight Control Systems.
- Perform pipe fitting assembly on metallic pipes, composite ducts, and flexible hoses, ensuring specified accuracy.
- Dismantle, assemble, and inspect mechanical components in full Flight Control, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Oxygen, and Fuel Systems, performing pipe routing inspections and leak tests.
Electrical Harness Assembly
- Join cables to build harnesses, including insertion and extraction on various connector terminations using appropriate tools.
- Fit and install harnesses on different panels and structural elements.
- Perform basic electrical tests to ensure connections and harnesses meet compliance standards.
